SUICIDAL TENDENCIES Want New Album Cover To Represent 'The Cycos Behind The Band'

January 27, 2005

SUICIDAL TENDENCIES have posted the following update on their official web site:

"We're gonna start work on the new SUICIDAL TENDENCIES album cover and are looking for some help. What we'd like is to get as many people involved as possible and have the cover represent the cycos behind the band.

"Remember the 'Welcome to Venice' cover? And the first SUICIDAL TENDENCIES cover?

"Here's what we want:

1) Single shots.... close shots of people wearing there SUICIDAL TENDENCIES hats, bandanas, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES beanies etc.
2) Group shots... shots of you and your crew, you and your partner, wearing SUICIDAL TENDENCIES shirts, hats etc.
3) Landmarks...you alone or with some friends in front of historic landmarks, etc.
3b) Landmarks...put a SUICIDAL TENDENCIES hat or bandana on a statue, etc.
4) Family...dress down grannie with a SUICIDAL TENDENCIES hat and shirt with a cyco pose, or you with your spouse and kids, etc.
5) Babies...same, but please ask the parents permission first.
6) Animals...just don't warm them...we don't want P.E.T.A. down our throats.
7) Anything else you can think of...just be safe. And we recommend you ask us first, so you don't go through a lot of trouble for no reason.

"Hopefully we'll get a great response and be able to incorporate as many pictures as possible and make a killer cover and poster for the new SUICIDAL TENDENCIES CD release."
